What can I do for you?

 

Responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of your office.

I may carry out most of the tasks myself or oversee the work of small body of administrative staff

Act as interface with all stakeholders

Report to and support senior leaders

Team up with technical staff

Corporate language Management : write, edit, translate, proofread, localize, distribute

Confidential Information and Data handling

 

//Trade Support

Corporate secretarial services

Write texts in several languages, edit, copywrite, proofread

Liaise with suppliers

Invoicing & bookkeeping Sage30 and Cresus, liaise with accountants

Handle payments, letters of credits, etc.

Manage relationships with banks

 

//Administrative Systems

Project coordination

Develop and implement new administrative systems

Write manuals and guidelines in several languages

Develop or optimize individual workflows and worksheets, train users

Make sure all administrative processes work effectively

Check or keep relevant records up to date

Internet search

 

//Office Equipment

Order office furniture

Organise the office layout

Supervise the maintenance of the condition of the office

Arrange for necessary repairs

Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices

Make sur supplies of stationery and equipment are maintained

Keep petty cash in various currencies

 

Many of these tasks can be taken care of from my home office. I also work inhouse. And travel is possible.
