Handle payments, letters of credits, etc.

Manage relationships with banks

 


RECRUITMENT & STAFFING

Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs

Job analysis for newly created jobs and job description

Source by advertising in media, social media and job portals and attracting candidates

Screen resumes

Shortlist and filter candidates

Organize and/or conduct interviews

Select and hire + administrative management of new employees

Work permits and social security admin

Act as point of contact

Payroll

Update intranet and organizational chart
